Buy a rule in the rule store before the match starts

They can be bought before the match starts via the rules store on Streamote or voted upon during game. Rules bought through the rules store are round specific, the top row being for round 1, middle row for round 2 and bottom row for round 3. Once you have bought a rule you may activate it from Streamote during the appropriate round.
